I bought lingerie at chicme. The lingerie looks cheap the size is wrong. Chicme refuses to give me a refund. I sent them pictures proving to them how small the item is. I want to return the item for a refund and chime refuses to sent me a refund. The clothes are poorly made.
I want a refund. They don't want to change it. I would like to write to the CEO of chicme. The customer service "Vicky" is not helping at all I never wore the lingerie because it is too small. I want my $30.00 dollars.

It would be easier to navigate if you could load pages separately, also no xs sizes available so hope s is small enough.
The delivery took about a month so I can't use it for its original purpose. Also the dress looks very cheap
I think the outfits you receive do in fact look close to image as far as color and style goes. However, the material out of the three outfits I bought were made of a material that smells and feels extremely cheap. I'm not a fan of the costume like feel of these outfits and will most likely not purchase again.
My outfit came it’s just what I ordered it just took a longtime to get to me.
Shipping took to long over a month do think people want to wait a month for their items

I was a little bit nervous because of reviews from previous customers. But, my experience was not bad. The dress that I ordered looked like the picture (I will have to have it tailored because it is really long). I love the color and the material.
Finally got my boots and yesssssssssssss I love them took down my negative review now just word of wisdom please next time a customer email or message this company please respond.That is what upset me but yess I love the boots now I know it takes a while to get merchandise from here but will order from here again in future thank you

Easy and I can choose what I want to order now and keep the other items for later (when I have the $) All I have to do is check the box beside items I want. And I received email checking to see if I had received my last order shipment. I appreciate that
Sizes were wrong and they gave me discount — rather than me going through the entire return processI love the styles. But I cant rate until I actually see the items in person
